Dry Ingredients Needed:

- 2/3 c
Equip Chocolate or Unflavored Grass-Fed Collagen
- 1 T cocoa or cacao powder too
- 1 c steel cut oats or gluten-free no-oat oatmeal
- 1/2 c coconut flour
- 1/4 c monk fruit sweetener
- Sprinkle salt

Wet Ingredients Needed:

- 1/2 c peanut butter (the drippy natural kind with no added sugar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c unsweetened whole milk (or sub in nut milk if you are dairy intolerant)
- Desired dark chocolate chips to top, we reccomend Lily’s Chocolate chips that are sweetened with monk fruit, or do 70% dark chocolate or above chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Add wet and stir until well combined. Place on a lined cookie sheet and form into desired cookie shape. These done spread while baking. Dough will be sticky, but it’s worth it for the chewy cookie factor. You can put avocado oil on your fingers so it doesn’t stick or just lick your fingers bc edible dough. Press 3 chips into to top of each cookie if desired. Bake 350° 12 min or so. Let sit 20 min to cool and set. Makes 12 - 2” cookies.
