REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE FIRE TEAM WHISKEY STORE (SUPPLEMENTS, APPAREL AND BRANDED ITEMS). If you should for any reason need to return a Fire Team Whiskey® supplement product, please contact our customer service department at info@fireteamwhiskey.com or by calling 904-346-3270. We will be happy to accept back any unopened, undamaged, unused products within 30 days of purchase and refund your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). If you have used or damaged product, we will only reimburse the cost of the packages that are unopened and undamaged at a pro-rated price. If the product has a manufacturers defect, Fire Team Whiskey® will be happy to replace the item at no charge. We will NOT accept any returns beyond the 30-day purchase date. Refunds are provided via the payment method/card/account used at the time of purchase.
FIRE TEAM WHISKEY BATTLE BUDDY AND START YOUR JOURNEY COACHING PACKAGES: We do not refund money for coaching packages.
FIRE TEAM WHISKEY BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE PACKAGE: The Best Year of my Life App Membership Package is available at no charge for 14 days after date of purchase. Within that 14 day post purchase window, the customer may log into their account and cancel their subscription, or contact the Fire Team Whiskey customer service department at info@fireteamwhiskey.com or by calling 904-346-3270 and request to cancel the package, thus incurring no charges. If the request to cancel the package is made after the 14 day free trial window, Fire Team Whiskey will not refund the package price. There are no refunds of the Best Year of My Life Package after the 14 day free trial period has lapsed.
Subscriptions
a. Subscription terms. We may offer you the ability to purchase subscriptions. Terms specific to a subscription will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription, and by purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms.
b. Free trials and promotional periods. If a subscription commences with a free trial or a promotional period, you will have the right to cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial or period. If we do not provide you with an online cancellation mechanism, then you may exercise this cancellation right by contacting us. We will email you prior to the end of the free trial or promotional period to remind you that the trial or period is coming to an end, and to give you an opportunity to cancel before the commencement of the paid period. If you do not cancel, we will bill you at the end of the free trial or promotional period, and your subsequent cancellation rights will be in accordance with the terms specific to the subscription.
c. Cancellation. Your cancellation rights, and the mechanism via which you may notify us of your decision to cancel, will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase a subscription.
Your account
We may require that you create an account to make changes, including to make purchases. If we do so, you must provide accurate information about yourself when you create an account and ensure that you update us if that information changes.
