Valentines Day Chocolate Protein Truffles

This Valentine's Day, make a sweet and protein-packed impression with this two-ingredient chocolate protein truffles recipe from our friend, Linda Salant @THECARNITARIAN.

Made with just cocoa and stevia, these truffles are sugar-free and loaded with the full amino acid profile that comes from beef. Plus, eight of these mini truffles have as much beef protein as a 4 oz. steak! Trust us, they're fantastic and your special someone will love them!

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup Equip Chocolate Prime Protein

- 3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Just stir together until you get a thick, smooth batter. Transfer the batter into a piping bag (or a Ziploc bag with a corner cut off) and fill your silicone mold.

You can get creative and make truffles filled with other ingredients like peanut butter, coconut, peanuts, almonds, or walnuts! Just fill the base of your mold with the ingredients as instructed above, chill for an hour, then add your filling and top it off with another layer of the chocolate truffle mix to encapsulate the filling. Then follow the directions to give it time to chill and set before removing it from the candy mold.

Chill for a couple of hours in the fridge to set.

Does it get simpler that that!? Keep the 1:1 ratio and make as big or small of a batch as you like!
