Coconut Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup of your choice of no sugar added nut butter
- 2 scoops of Prime Protein Vanilla, Chocolate or Peanut Butter Flavor
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup sugar-free or monk fruit chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. You can do by hand or in a mixer. The dough consistency should feel like wet sand.

2. Using your hands or an ice cream scoop, form into balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating.
