Mocha Espresso Cheesecake

Ingredients needed:

Mocha Espresso Cheesecake

- Butter Flavored Coconut Oil For Pan.
- 32oz (4 Packages) Full Fat Cream Cheese,
Softened
- 7 Large Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Allulose
- 1 Tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- 2 Scoops Equip Prime Protein Chocolate
- 2 Tsp Espresso Baking Powder

Espresso Caramel Sauce

- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Allulose
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Tsp Espresso Baking Powder

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees, grease a 9 inch spring form pan with butter flavored coconut oil.

In stand mixer, cream together cream cheese, stevia and allulose.

 
3. Add each egg one at a time, mixing on low.

 
4. Add Equip Prime Protein Chocolate and espresso baking powder.

 
5. Beat on low for 20 minutes, or until completely smooth. Pour into prepared spring form pan.


6. Bake at 300 on middle rack for 65 minutes, or until middle jiggles but doesn't ripple and edges are slightly golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting.


7. To prepare caramel, place butter in pan over medium heat and brown the butter, whisking constantly.


8. Add in allulose, whisking continuously until smooth.

 
9. Add heavy cream while whisking.

 
10. Add espresso powder and continue to whisk, cooking over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

 
11. Spoon one tablespoon of caramel over each slice of cheesecake.
