It's Fall Yall! Low Carb, sugar free, pumpkin pie Martini time!

It’s fall and all things pumpkin spice is everywhere! Just because your low carb, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the seasonal tastes and my favorite seasonal taste is all things alcohol! Thanks to alldayidreamaboutfood for this recipe!

Recipe makes 2 cocktails. Enjoy responsibly!

Ingredients

Rimming "sugar":

  • 2 tbsp finely ground pecans

  • 1/2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Martini:

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. On a shallow plate, combine ground pecans, Swerve, and cinnamon. Wet the rims of two martini glasses and dip into pecan mixture. Set aside.

  2. Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, rum, pumpkin, cream, Swerve, cinnamon, and ginger.

  3. Shake vigorously, then strain into prepared martini glasses.

  4. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and serve.
