Build and Burn 30

Welcome to Marcus Wallace’s brand new program, Build and Burn 30! This program consists of 6 workouts (Day 1,2,3 are workout days, with Day 4 being a rest day and Day 5,6, and 7 being workout days). You can use this program as a 7-day challenge or stack it for 4 weeks to make it a 4-week program of strength and cardio building. This program is intermediate to advanced level. This program is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. This program requires the use of various weights of dumbbells and a fitness mat.
