Salmon Patty Burgers

Thank you to the Metabolic Health Summit for this awesome recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tins Wild Planet wild alaskan pink salmon

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

  • Portion into 6-8 patties on lined baking sheet

  • Bake for 15 minutes flip and bake for an another 5 minutes

  • Serve on a keto-friendly bun (we love Yez! Foods) with all your favorite keto dressings, such as Primal Kitchen Mayo!
